1. Hanging bar - Using a pull up bar, candidates are to hang for a period of 60 seconds in which to gain the max points of 15%. They can hang in any grip which suits them; one handed if they're a spartan. Any longer than 60 seconds then they begin to lose the % points.
2. MSFT - 20 metres ( bleep test )
a. Level 8.11 for 18-44
b. Level 8,0 for 45-49
c. Level 7.0 for 50-60
d. Level 6.0 for over 65's
3. Burpees with a push up addition
All ages and genders in 2 minutes to complete 30 reps to gain max 15%.
This will be chest to the ground after the burpee followed by a push up then another burpee etc.
4. The Plank - [all ages and genders]
2 mins to gain max 15%
5. Battle Ropes
90 secs for the males to gain 15%. Anything less than 90 will incur % losses
60 secs for the females to gain 15%. Anything less than 60 will incur % loses
6. Farmers Carry - all ages and genders
All genders will have 15 secs to achieve a 10% max score. Anything greater will incur a % loss.
7. The Blaze Pod Reflex System - [all ages and genders]
These pods will be programmed to light up in a sequence and placed at strategic points. Candidates will start at a centre point and must identify and tap the flashing light by sprinting to the
pod and tapping the top of the light for it to be recorded. The candidate repeats this until they have reached 15 hits in 90 secs. The longer they take, they will incur a % loss. Max % is
